so i am a little late tonight, because i was babysitting for some friends... and, i am heeding their advice here. it's their daughter! :)
i knew i wouldn't have time to paint the rest of the kiddos in this picture, so i started with the smallest, & abstracted the photo quite a bit.

This painting, like a few others, could use a bit more contrast in order for the little girl to stand out more. That said, she is adorable; well proportioned and positioned, and so sweet in pink.
